Two people · Vancouver & London, ON

The people who'll actually build it.

Atlas Metrics is a two-person Canadian team. No account managers, no juniors, no offshoring — the person you talk to on the call is the person writing your automations.

Our mission

Take everything off your plate that isn't the work you're good at.

Nobody starts a business because they wanted to answer the phone at 8pm, chase a customer for a review, or train a fifth front-desk hire on the same script. But that work doesn't go away — it just eats the hours you meant to spend on the thing you're actually good at.

We build the systems that absorb it. The calls you miss get answered. The leads that go cold get followed up. The bookings land in your calendar and the reminders go out without you. You get the hours back, and your customers stop falling through the gaps.

We work with the kinds of businesses that keep a neighbourhood running — trades, salons, notaries, vets, clinics, accountants, shops. Different work, same problem: too much of the day spent on the parts of the job nobody trained for.

The team

Two people. Both senior.

Small enough that nothing gets handed off to someone you've never met.

Max Dorrington

Founder · Technical lead
London, Ontario

Builds every system we ship — the AI receptionist, the workflows, the CRM setup, the reporting. If something in your build breaks at 11pm, he's the one who gets the alert and fixes it. He'll also be on your first call, so you can ask him hard technical questions before you've paid a cent.

Julian

Outreach · Research

Does the homework before we ever pitch. Before a call he'll have looked at how your business gets found online, where enquiries currently go, and what's leaking — so the conversation starts with your actual situation instead of a generic slide deck.

Why us

Three reasons to pick us over a bigger agency.

1

You get the builder, not a middleman

At most agencies the person who sells you the work isn't the person who does it, and everything you say gets relayed through someone. There's nobody in between here. You explain the problem once, to the person who's going to solve it.

2

The price is on the website

Fixed price, fixed scope, published before you talk to us — go read the pricing page. No "starting at," no custom quote designed around what we think you can afford, and no surprise line item on an invoice three months in.

3

We run it, we don't just build it

An automation that nobody maintains quietly stops working, and you usually find out from an annoyed customer. The retainer exists because we keep watching it — tuning the AI's answers, fixing what breaks, adding what you need next.

Where we're at, plainly

Atlas Metrics is new. We're building our first client roster right now, which means we're not going to show you a wall of logos or a case study we haven't earned — if you see a number on this site, it's either our price or a worked example with the assumptions written out beside it.

What you get instead is the version of us that has time for you: direct access to the person building your system, more attention than a client of our size would normally get, and prices locked in from the start rather than raised once we're busy.

If you'd rather wait until we've got a hundred clients and a marketing department, that's a completely reasonable call. If you'd rather be one of the first ones, that's a good deal right now.

Operating principles

How we work.

Fixed price, fixed scope

Published prices and a written scope before you commit. You'll never get an invoice you didn't see coming.

No lock-in

Three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. You keep the landing page, the CRM data and the workflows we built.

Plain language

No "synergy," no "stakeholder alignment," no acronym you have to nod along to. We talk like the people we work with.

Canadian, end to end

Two Canadian operators, Canadian businesses, Canadian rules — including the consent and anti-spam requirements on anything that texts your customers.

We'll tell you no

If automation isn't your bottleneck, we'd rather say so on the first call than take a setup fee for something that won't move your numbers.

Claims we can back

No invented results, no borrowed case studies, no statistic without a source. If we haven't done it yet, we say so.
