  • We reply within one business day. A person, not an autoresponder.
  • A short call, if it looks worth one. Half an hour, about your firm rather than about us.
  • An honest answer. If an assessment would not pay for itself at your size, we will tell you on that call rather than sell you one.

We are a small firm based in Vancouver, and we are now accepting clients in Ontario. Most of the work is remote, and we will say plainly if being on site matters for your engagement.
